Answer: Yes, and our plans have a relatively short turn around time depending on the level of customization of your design.

Answer: No, but we offer a huge selection of pre-configured plans with at least 90 different styles and sizes to choose from. Click here to browse our catalog.

Question: What is a zip file and pdf file and why do you use them for your storage shed plans?
Answer: Our storage shed plans are zipped and packaged as pdf files to optimze file size.
If you are using earlier versions of windows prior to windows XP you must have winzip installed on your computer in order open your storage shed plans. Get the free trial of winzip here. Answer: Make sure you have WinZip and Adobe Acrobat installed.

Question: I paid for my shed plans but cannot download them or didn't receive the storage shed plans in my email?
Answer:
1. In order to receive your shed plans you must have provided a valid email address so that the link to your shed plans can be sent to you.
2. If payment was made utilizing Paypal you should receive the link to your plan within 48 hours... this is due to Paypal's payment verification sytem.
3. If payng via credit card you should receive the link to your downloadable plan within an hour.
4. Make sure the shed plans have not been filtered by your email client(ex: outlook, outlook express, lotus notes) as spam. Also verify an antivirus software has not filtered them as well.

Question: What should I do if none of the previous FAQs solved my issue(s) with storage shed plan downloads?
Answer: You can contact SkunkHoloMill and a staff member will assist in retrieving the specified shed plan that you attempted to download. Please provide your name and order ID.
